A standard cut consists of the best steaks and best roast available on the animal, along with ground meat and stewing meat. Best steaks are prime rib, t-bone and top sirloin. Best roasts are sirloin tips, rounds, and chucks.

No, not at this time. Currently we are operating on our personal property and request that customers reach out to us prior to visiting.
Currently, as our shop is located on our property, we do not have a retail location. We can offer select cuts of meat and smoked goods, based on special orders with 5-7 days prior notice.
The majority of our products are gluten free. We pride ourselves of using raw spices and natural ingredients free of binders and fillers. The only product we make that does contain gluten is our jerky, but this too can be made without gluten if there is a need.
