All pricing is based on Dressed Weight and includes:
cutting, grinding, tenderizing, and wrapping in freezer paper.
Vacuum sealed packaging available for an additional cost.
*Beef is aged a minimum of 10 to 14 days in our cooler
Additional charge of $0.90/lb for weight exceeding 300 lbs
Additional charge of $0.90/lb for weight exceeding 100 lbs
On Farm Slaughters can be organized as per request, based on availability with our mobile slaughter partners. Prices listed below may be subject to change and will be confirmed at time of booking. All slaughter fees are required to be paid upon completion.
