Custom cutting

Custom cutting for processing of your animals

All pricing is based on Dressed Weight and includes: 

cutting, grinding, tenderizing, and wrapping in freezer paper.


Vacuum sealed packaging available for an additional cost.

Farm-raised Meats

Beef

$1.00/lb - freezer paper or vacuum sealed

*Beef is aged a minimum of 10 to 14 days in our cooler

Pork

$1.00/lb freezer paper or vacuum sealed

Lamb

$75 flat fee (any weight)

Game

Moose/Elk

$300 minimum charge

Additional charge of $0.90/lb for weight exceeding 300 lbs

Deer

$125 minimum charge

Additional charge of $0.90/lb for weight exceeding 100 lbs


On Farm Slaughter

On Farm Slaughters can be organized as per request, based on availability with our mobile slaughter partners. Prices listed below may be subject to change and will be confirmed at time of booking. All slaughter fees are required to be paid upon completion.

$80 per head

Lamb

$50 per head

Bison

$250 per head
